Request for Proposal: Demolition Work

Scope of Work:

Complete demolition of the entire upstairs portion of a home located in Hettinger, ND. This is a two-bed, one bath home, approximately 1000 sq ft total. The items to be removed and tasks to be completed are as follows:

·       Remove all flooring: carpet, sheet vinyl

·       Remove all doors & millwork

·       Remove all drywall, to include ceiling

·       Clean all studs of nails and/or screws

·       Remove all insulation in walls and attic

·       Remove all electrical wires up to Main Panel

·       Remove all plumbing up to water meter

·       Remove all wall and lower kitchen cabinets

·       Remove tub, toilet, shower, and vanity in bathroom

Plumbing and electrical isolation of energy will be performed prior to beginning of any demolition work.

A dump trailer will be provided and emptied when required.

W9 for the individual or entity

General liability insurance

Signed Liability Waiver / Hold Harmless Agreement
